Hi there and welcome to my site!  I am a 'SAHM' and working Real Estate Agent.  I currently have two kiddos, a boy and a girl and hope to have several more in the near future.  This site is a passion project for me and really came to mind when I was pregnant with my second.  When I was pregnant with my first, I did SOO much research on everything there is to know about being pregnant and what to eat and how to sleep and which pillows are best to use and why, how to create a birth plan and everything that goes into it as well as everything with the baby registry and newborn phase.  The list goes ON and ON and ON and ON and... well, you get the picture!  It's never ending on the amount of knowledge we need to know as pregnant women and mothers.  Not only is medicine and the society changing every day, so are our children.  When they're born, every week is a new challenge then every month and every year so we need to be ready and prepared to handle these challenges and have the knowledge we need to succeed. 

 

My first birth did not go as planned and although maybe not for some people, was traumatic for me.  ​I then made it my mission to have a better go around when I was pregnant with my second.  I switched practices and did more research and tried to prep my body better and was hoping since it was the second time, it would be more prepared and the newborn phase would be smoother and less of a blur.  After birthing my second child, I had this AHA moment of this website.  Sitting in the hospital bed I made it my mission to help women through this journey and make the process easier for them than it was for me. 

We all need to do better, share more, and support each other so that's my mission for this website.  There are so many resources I found along the way and so many things I learned or wish I knew sooner that I thought had to be shared! 

This site is to provide women the resources and knowledge they need to feel they have the tools to be successful in their motherhood journey.  I want to empower women and support them in any way that I can.  Hopefully this website can provide that 'one stop shop' of everything before, during, and after pregnancy.

all things mama The name came about because I wanted to find a title that encompassed everything women deal with in motherhood: fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum.  this is meant to be an informal platform and is continuously growing based on new information and new needs within the niche.  this is my first time at a website and a business other than my independent contracting as a realtor which is way different, so please bare with me on all the little nuances and glitches you may encounter.
